Applications according to Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Associate and Undergraduate Exemption and Adaptation Directive ARTICLE 5;

(1) For the exemption procedures covering all courses in the transcript of students who have been successful in associate or undergraduate diploma programs of previous higher education institutions, the normal application periods are;

a) New students; following the start of the first semester courses in which they registered at the University,

b) Among the new students; students who are studying in the preparatory class and students who have frozen their registration, following the start of the semester courses in which they registered,

c) Additional placement or vertical transfer exam (DGS) results, following the last day of registration dates, within five (5) working days, they apply to the dean's/directorate they are registered with a petition containing a valid e-mail address. The application of a student who does not have a valid e-mail address is not accepted.

(2) In extraordinary situations, for exemption from courses that have been successfully completed in associate or undergraduate diploma programs of previous higher education institutions (disaster, death, traffic accident, etc.), the applications of students who officially document their excuses can be extended up to one (1) month if deemed appropriate by the relevant unit's administrative board. A student who does not apply for exemption within the period is responsible for all courses.

(3) Along with the application petition, it is necessary to attach the approved or electronically verifiable with an electronic verification code produced from the e-government system or electronically, transcript, course contents and grade conversion table of the higher education institution previously attended. If the transcript obtained from higher education institutions is unapproved or cannot be verified through the e-government system, the application is not processed.
